Jim Stern
For the last 20 years Jim has been leading people and overseeing projects in the non-profit, franchise, and real estate spaces. He is a father of five kids and a husband since 1999, Jim knows the needs of family and works hard to provide for loved ones. Helping people grow and creating win-win relationships is Jim's true passion.
Jim has been an active investor for over 10 years, flipped over 100 homes, and understands property management as well. As an Agent his team works largely with investors as understands all the creative finance options (Sub2, Seller Finance, etc), all the different strategy options (House Hacking, co-living, STR, LTR, etc), and we work all over metro ATL!
